Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She is an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most famous films are Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born the only child to Romanian actors Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her professional career in the show business at an early age. By the time she turned 16, Alexandra had landed prominent roles in a variety of shows on television. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went onto play more notable characters like Adolf Hitler's secretary, Traudljunge, in Downfall.
