Aisling Bea

Aisling B a, born on 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. She has appeared on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March, 1984) is a stand-up comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea started her professional career as a stand-up comedian in 2011, following small parts she appeared on Irish and British TV dramas beginning in 2009. In 2012, she was frequently performing on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms. In the wake of her success during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a range of panel shows. In 2016 and 2017, she was a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Also, she is a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She is the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. In 2012, she was the only woman to win the So You Think You Are Funny award. Her surname honors the memory of her father who passed away. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. Born on the 16th of March, 1984. Bea's father Brian was an equine vet who committed suicide when she was only three years old. Bea didn't learn how her father died until after she turned thirteen. Bea chose to stage her name Bea in honor of her deceased father. She also wrote an article for The Guardian on her family's suicide experience. Bea (and her younger sister Sinead) were raised within the home of Helen Moloney who was a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. The family was obsessed with racing and horses. Bea started out as an official guide for tourists at Irish National Stud. But she realized her true passion was doing and not racing.
